Jamie has consulted in strategic projects with information technology outsourcing organizations for global clients from various industries. He has assisted clients in understanding and capitalizing on industry trends, defining strategy and delivering target operating models to meet business objectives. Most recently, Jamie has helped several ISG Fortune 100 and 1000 clients source their global transformations to Microsoft Office 365 and Azure cloud solutions, state-of-the-art Wide Area Networks and Data Center Co-location services. Jamie has led efforts to benchmark and recommend the go-forward approach to the sourcing of close to $1B in IT spend from the merger of two $50B+ healthcare organizations. For the past four years Jamie has spent most of his time helping Healthcare Payer and Providers transform their operating models and sourcing strategies. Jamie has led several application rationalization efforts, and agile op model transformations and has set an internal organization record for the digital transformation sourcing of a Medical Malpractice company’s policy management systems in under 5 weeks!

Jamie has extensive experience in the design, development, implementation, and support of strategic business initiatives and information systems in a variety of industries and environments. He brings over 20 years of experience in IT outsourcing operations as an operations director, program and project manager. He is formally educated and certified in Portfolio, Program and Project Management. Jamie is ITIL certified and has extensive training in strategy development and execution. Jamie has significant experience in managed and shared service operations, and technology assessments, transitions and best practice implementations. His consulting experience has ranged from Fortune 100 companies to start-up companies across multiple industries. Jamie’s experiences cover many of the aspects of sourcing and transformation including advising clients on the establishment of enterprise strategic services, delivery and management strategies; developing financial base and business cases; defining and developing RFP/RFS requirements; evaluating service provider responses; and advising on the supplier down-select process. Jamie has been a member of the advisory board of the University of Texas at Dallas’ Project Management MBA program and co-owns a cloud services limited liability corporation.

Jamie brings years of experience to the team working for organizations like Perot Systems, CSC and NetApp prior to joining ISG. Since joining ISG, he has spent the past 4+ years working with the teams of Pharmaceutical and Healthcare Payer and Providers to transform their IT operating and sourcing models. Jamie has extensive experience in global IT Infrastructure, data center co-location, application management and rationalization, networking, cloud, analytics and big data technologies.
