With an extensive background in corporate and consulting environments providing strategy and delivering technology innovation, Pat Fuller has been working with Takeda Pharmaceuticals to integrate and transform the information technology landscape. Takeda has grown through numerous acquisitions, each of which brought disparate infrastructure technologies to the environment. Leveraging her technical and business experience, Pat has worked with Takeda to define and implement a global wide area network strategy, support Takeda’s move to cloud computing, and recently to implement a unified managed service provider support model. Each of these initiatives has resulted in streamlined operations at lower cost and aligned with Takeda’s digital strategy.
