Melissa Saw is currently the Director of Marketing Procurement in Bayer. In this capacity she leads the relationship between the Consumer Health’s Marketing Organization and Global Agencies to ensure best in class innovation and value creation from these power partnerships. While at Bayer, she has held various positions in Sales, Marketing and in Digital Transformation. She has worked and lived across Malaysia, Australia, Germany, Switzerland and is now based in the United States.
She graduated from Charles Sturt University, Australia with a Bachelor of Business in Finance and holds a Master of Business Administration in Marketing from the Australian Institute of Business.
