Rob leads the Life Sciences Practice at Capgemini, with over 20 years of experience in developing business strategy, information technology transformation, and outsourcing for life sciences companies. He is responsible for operations in the North America sector and in charge of profit and loss for our accounts in the pharmaceutical, medical-technology, and consumer-health subsegments. Prior to his current role, he led the overall growth of Capgemini’s account portfolio in life sciences as an account leader and executive sponsor for global clients. After supporting clinical trials and data-systems domains at the start of his career, he now focuses on driving digital transformation for enterprises for operational efficiency and improved patient experiences. He is currently based in New York City and he is the NY Community Leader representing Capgemini and an executive sponsor of our Employee Resource Groups (ERG) and CARES initiatives. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Elon University.
