Kyle brings more than 20 years of experience in the Pharmaceutical industry and academia. He has extensive end-to-end drug development experience, with direct leadership of large scale transformation projects including new system launches, acquisitions, and divestitures from a Regulatory perspective.
At Genpact, Kyle leads the Quality and Regulatory Affairs group responsible for Merger and Acquisition support across the pharmaceutical, medical technology, consumer, and other industries. Within this role he supports clients on developing the plan for authorization transfers from a regulatory perspective as well as driving the implementation through ensuring an integrated approach with supply colleagues.
Prior to Genpact, Kyle spent over 20 years working across research, manufacturing, and commercial roles at Merck and was most recently integral to the design and stand-up of the R&D functions to establish Organon, Inc as an independent company.
